  • Cancel up to 48 hours before your booked date
  • Event is postponed or canceled by AmusoRama
  • Payment mistake reported within 24 hrs
Not Eligible for Refund
  • No-shows or late cancellations (<48 hrs to visit)
  • Partially used tickets or passes
  • Missed attendance due to personal reasons

Policy FAQ

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Service/booking fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by AmusoRama.

Our team emails you confirmation and status updates for every cancellation/refund request.

Please Note

  • ⚠️ Bank processing times may vary, we cannot speed up external bank refunds.
  • 🔁 Refunds are only made to the original payment source.
  • 🤝 For group bookings, contact our team directly to understand bulk cancellation terms.
